Pricing Policy

At Spotted (AAR Tech Ventures Private Limited) ("Spotted", "we", "our", or "us"), transparency and fairness in pricing are central to our user and merchant experience.
This Pricing Policy outlines the fee structures, pricing logic, and applicable charges for the services offered on the Spotted platform.
1. General Overview
The Spotted platform enables QR-based UPI transactions and incentivized post-sharing. Our pricing covers services delivered to both merchants and users, with charges applied based on predefined terms.
2. For Users
Usage of the Spotted app is free for consumers. No hidden fees or platform charges are levied during UPI transactions. Cashback rewards are fully funded by participating merchants and are provided only when users:
Complete a valid UPI transaction, andOpt-in to share a Spotted Post.
3. For Merchants
Merchants who onboard Spotted agree to the following fee structure per transaction:
a. Customer Incentives (Cashback)
3% of the transaction valuePaid by the merchant, Editable above 3%; requests to lower below 3% require platform admin approval
b. Platform Fee (Social Media Marketing)2% of the transaction value
Non-editable and fixed
Covers tech infrastructure, post amplification, analytics, and user outreach
c. In-Store Ordering (Optional)
2% of order value if activated
Editable at merchant discretion
d. Payment Gateway Charges
1.8% of the transaction value
Fixed and non-negotiable (subject to PSP terms)
4. Fee Deduction and Settlement
All applicable merchant fees are deducted at the time of transaction confirmation.
Settlements are made net of fees, and visible in the merchant dashboard.
Spotted provides automated reconciliation and downloadable transaction-level fee statements.5. Promotional Campaigns and Offers
Spotted may introduce limited-period promotional pricing or offer fee waivers for specific merchant categories or high-volume campaigns. Such changes are:
Time-bound
Opt-in based
Subject to platform approval
6. Fee Changes and Notifications
All pricing updates will be communicated at least 7 days in advance via app notification or registered email.
Continued use of the platform post-notification will imply acceptance.
7. Taxes and Compliance
All fees mentioned are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST).Merchants are responsible for their own tax filings and invoicing.
Spotted will provide GST-compliant invoices for all fee deductions.
