At Spotted (AAR Tech Ventures Private Limited), the safety of our community is our highest priority. We maintain a zero-tolerancepolicy toward any content or behavior that puts individuals, especially minors, at risk.

1. Zero Tolerance for CSAE

Spotted strictly prohibits the creation, distribution, or promotion of Child Sexual AbuseMaterial (CSAM) and any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

This includes, but is not limited to:

● Visual depictions of minors involved in sexually explicit conduct.
● Grooming or predatory behavior.
● Language or imagery that encourages the harm of minors.

2. In-App Reporting Mechanism

We provide every user with the tools to keep the community safe.

● Report Content: Every post or profile in the Spotted app features a "Report" button.
● Immediate Blocking: Users have the ability to block any other user instantly, preventingall further communication and visibility.
● Review Process: Our moderation team reviews every report within 24 hours and takes appropriate action, including permanent account termination.

3. Law Enforcement Cooperation

In compliance with global safety regulations, Spotted will report any confirmed instances of CSAE to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant lawenforcement authorities. We preserve all necessary data to assist in investigations.
