How Pricing Works
For Ecommerce Platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
Spotted uses usage-based pricing.
You pay based on how many orders you process each month.
Your order volume decides your monthly plan.
1. Your Plan Starts Immediately
When you install the app:
- Your billing cycle starts the same day
- You receive free order credits (if applicable)
- Your wallet starts at ₹0
- No charge happens until free credits finish
Each merchant has their own billing date.
Example:
Sign up on Feb 20 → billed every month on the 20th.
2. Free Credits → Automatic Plan Upgrade
As orders come in:
- Orders are counted automatically
- After free credits finish, your wallet is charged for the first paid plan
- If usage increases, you move to the next plan automatically
- At month end, your final plan matches your total usage
No manual upgrade needed.
3. Payments Work Through Your Wallet
All charges are taken from your Spotted wallet.
- Plan fees are deducted from wallet balance
- Auto-recharge can be enabled
- If wallet balance is low:
→ Account pauses
→ Paid features stop
→ Service resumes after recharge
Important:
Keep your wallet funded. If not, rewards and cashback may not be delivered to customers or creators.
4. Monthly Billing & Adjustment
On your billing date:
1️⃣ Your plan fee is charged
2️⃣ Order count resets to zero
3️⃣ New billing cycle starts
Usage Adjustment
- If you used fewer orders → extra amount stays in wallet
- If you used more orders → difference is charged
- Next month starts on the same plan you finished with
You always pay based on actual usage.
5. What You Can Always See
Inside your dashboard:
- Current plan
- Orders used this month
- Next billing date
- Upcoming charge
- Billing history
Clear pricing. No hidden fees.
6. Example
Feb 20 → Install app → billing cycle starts
First 25 orders → Free
Order #26 → Paid plan activated
Usage increases → Plan upgrades automatically
Next billing date → Monthly charge → Orders reset
